MINNEAPOLIS – August 24, 2017 – Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that Noreen Sedgeman has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Children’s Theatre Company. She will also serve on the New Business Initiatives Committee in connection with her position on the Board.

Noreen J. Sedgeman is a corporate attorney with a broad base of experience in diverse business transactions.  She is experienced in handling matters related to mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiation, entity formation, securities, and banking.  She works with private and public companies in a wide variety of industries.  Noreen is skilled in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, corporate governance documents, employment agreements, and purchase and sale agreements.  In addition, she regularly analyzes and advises clients on regulatory issues and a wide range of business matters (including corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, and employment law).  Noreen works closely with clients to understand their individual businesses and goals, which enables her to provide nuanced and strategic advice to assist clients in attaining their objectives.
