MINNEAPOLIS (December 12, 2016) – Winthrop& Weinstine, P.A., is proud to announce the addition of eight new attorneys at the firm.

Annie M. Trimberger, is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice, and has experience advising clients regarding complex compliance issues and government investigations. Prior to joining the firm, Annie was with another private practice law firm, and clerked with Honorable Judge Richard Goldberg at the United State Court of International Trade. Annie earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she served as editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.

Paul K. Manda, is an associate in the Real Estate practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Paul was an intern in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael J. Gableman of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  He also worked for a large private wealth management firm in Chicago.  Paul earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Tucker A. Chambers, is an associate in the Litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to Justice G. Barry Anderson, Justice Wilhelmina M. Wright, and Justice Margaret H. Chutich of the Minnesota Supreme Court and worked for another private practice law firm in Minneapolis.  He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Technology Law.

Raha Assadi-Lamouki, is an associate in the Commercial Lending group where she represents banking and other financial institutions on a range of matters covering all aspects of the lending process. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate with Winthrop & Weinstine.  Raha earned her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.

Catherine M. Cumming, is an associate in the Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, and was a Deputy Clerk of Court to the Honorable Susan Gherty at the Hudson Municipal Court in Hudson, WI, and also served as a legal intern for the St. Croix River Association in St. Croix Falls, WI. Katie earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and was on the Dean’s List.

Alexander M. Hagstrom, is an associate in the Business & Commercial litigation practice.  Prior to joining the firm, Alex was a clerk with Justice Gildea at the Minnesota Supreme Court, and also served as a clerk for the Hennepin County Public Defender’s office.  Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law school.

Amber L. Kraemer, is an associate in the Banking & Finance and Corporate practices. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate at Winthrop & Weinstine.  Amber earned her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she served as President of the Business Law Association and participated in the Business Law Clinic.  She was also the Executive Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.

Bradley L. Yenter, is an associate in the Real Estate department where he focuses on commercial real estate transactions and government financing.  Prior to joining the firm, Brad served as a summer associate with Winthrop & Weinstine. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Brad earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where he was also Senior Editor of the University of St. Thomas Law Journal.
