Rothman is part of the planning committee for the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice (TIPS) Section’s “Insurer Receivership & Run-Off: the Next Level.” The program features two days of programs, including introductive and advanced workshops on rehabilitation, liquidation and run-off. Mike will also be a moderator for one of the workshops, outlined below.
