Maintenance Conference
The Maintenance Conference is designed to provide a combination of hands-on training along with some practical program and customer service instruction for maintenance directors and staff involved in affordable housing maintenance and rehab. Proposed workshops include carpentry/ drywall, landscape, solar, furnace, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and window glazing.
Management Conference
This conference is geared to executive directors, commissioners, management staff and line staff and focuses on the areas of public housing, Section 8, Project Based Section 8, community revitalization and development, commissioners, rehab, resident services, housing development, and professional development.
