MINNEAPOLIS, MN—June 9, 2009. Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is proud to announce that the firm has been ranked as one of the top law-firm trademark filers in the CSC® Trademark Insider® report for the year 2008.  These annual rankings are compiled by CSC reflecting the leading U.S. trademark attorneys, law firms, and companies, as recognized in CSC’s latest edition of its quarterly CSC® Trademark Insider® report. The report provides the general business and legal industries with insight into trademark filing and trademark industry activities.

 

Winthrop & Weinstine was ranked in the Top 200 for U.S. law firms at number 103. Rankings are determined by the total number of new trademark applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office during the 2008 calendar year. Additional information about the awards can be accessed here. The firm was also listed in the Top 100 in the Q4-2008 rankings at number 98.
