Wisconsin Bankers Association Group One 105th Annual Meeting

Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., attorneys Anton J Moch and Patrick W. Weber will be speaking at the 105th annual meeting of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Group One. The presentation, “Best Practice Guidance for Bank Directors,” will be at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 21.

Tony Moch routinely works with and advises banking institutions and bank ownership on bank mergers and acquisitions, branch assumptions, corporate restructuring, bank expansion strategies, branching issues and the sale of banking organizations to third parties.

Pat Weber focuses on counseling community banks on various regulatory issues and has represented the firm's banking clients in a significant number of merger and acquisition transactions.
