Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., Director of Government Relations Christine Zimmer Lonetti is quoted in “Fashioning a ‘girl heaven’ for clients,” a feature story about two veteran personal shoppers who provide a sense of style and great customer service to clients. Christine, who followed the two personal shoppers as they transitioned from other department store positions, prefers the personal service she receives and the detail in the clothing. “I have to look very professional, but I don’t want to be cookie-cutter,” Christine said. “I like a little flair, a little sass” (qtd. in Tillotson).
