Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Each year’s “Best Places” are determined by an annual survey, in which employees are asked to rate their company in each of the following areas: work environment, embracing innovations/new ideas, people practices, personal growth and development, people in the organization, and day-to-day operations. The firm will be recognized in the mid-size company category at the luncheon.
