MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.—Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., a leading Twin Cities law firm, hosted Twins' manager, Ron Gardenhire, last week at a firm event. In partnership with am1500 KSTP, the firm invited both clients and attorneys to the leadership-focused event.
Attendees had a chance to ask the long-time Minn. coach questions about his leadership style and tactics. When asked how he strategizes before a game, Gardenhire replied, “When it works, it's strategy; when it doesn't, it's a tragedy! It's all about execution, and whether you are one of the best managers in baseball or the president of a large corporation, success is measured by the execution of your organization.”
