Minneapolis, MN—Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., is pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Hart Kuller as Counsel to the Firm. The firm created this new position after deciding to centralize and formalize the role that had been previously handled by various attorneys throughout the firm on a case-by-case basis. The Board's decision to create this position is a reflection of the increasing size, sophistication and complexity of the firm.
Kuller's work will be principally in the following areas: conflicts of interest, firm representation in disputes and investigations, professional liability insurance, and professional risk management. He has been with the firm since 1979 and is a shareholder practicing in the areas of structured finance, bankruptcy law and general corporate law.
