Winthrop & Weinstine Attonreys Speak at 25th Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute
Minneapolis, MN—Two Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., attorneys took part in the 25 year celebration of the Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute. David P. Pearson and Laura A. Pfeiffer, both members of the employment law litigation practice group, provided essential do's and don'ts on how to prepare a witness for deposition and trial in the employment law setting. Additionally, Dave was part of a panel discussing how to bring and defend age discrimination cases.
The institute featured two days of networking and seminars at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in St. Paul, Minn. Cosponsors of the event were Minnesota CLE, MSBA Labor and Employment Law Section, and the Twin Cities Human Resource Association.
