Rothman will be attending and participating in the 2008 National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Winter National Meeting in Grapevine, TX. Mike, co-chair of the firm's Insurance and Financial Services practice group, is the program chair for the Summit on Annuities, STOLI, and Marketing to Seniors. For this summit, leaders in regulators, industry, and counsel will discuss the hot topics of suitability in annuities, STOLI, and life settlements. The summit will consist of two panel discussions comprised of respected leaders in their field.
