Tiffany A. Blofield has been appointed to serve on the Federal Practice Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. This committee assists the Court regarding local rules of practice and procedure. Tiffany's position is effective January 1, 2010.
Tiffany A. Blofield is a litigation shareholder at Winthrop & Weinstine. She focuses her practice on business & commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation. She has also practices heath care law, including drafting Business Associate Agreements and defending professionals against complaints brought before professional boards including the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. Tiffany is also an author for the intellectual property blog, DuetsBlog, a blog dedicated to bridging the gap between legal and marketing types. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where she earned her J.D., cum laude. Tiffany’s undergraduate degree is from St. Olaf College, where she graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology, magna cum laude. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Tiffany clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Franklin Noel of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota from 1993-1995.
