MINNEAPOLIS, MN—January 19, 2010. A Minnesota CityPages article lists Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., legislative attorney  John A. Knapp as one of the 10 most influential lobbyists in Minnesota. 
 
The article bases its list on polled responses from state lawmakers, staffers and officials. It mentions that John “received unusually high praise from state lawmakers.” One state senator, quoted anonymously, said that John “has very good insights on complex subjects, particularly taxes and intellectual property. He’s a real educator” (Snyders).
