employment law attorney Megan M. Ruwe spoke at the National ALLIANCE Leadership & Management Institute 2010 on Wednesday, January 27. The institute provided training and information to parents of children with disabilities and to the professionals who work with them. The 2010 institute was held in Crystal City, VA.
Megan discussed best practices in human resources, including various aspects that arise during the interview and hiring process, including day-to-day management of employees and performance reviews.
