Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A.'s Director of Information Technology Craig Wilson will be a presenter at the Electronic Law Office Practice for Paralegals seminar. The seminar will provide paralegals and legal assistants information and practice on such topics as using electronic communications appropriately, managing electronic records and files, and handling ethical issues such as confidentiality and privilege. Craig will be covering how to handle electronic records and files, including topics on electronic file retention, destroying electronic records, and discarding devices with electronic memory.
