Jacob's practice focuses on providing counsel to creditors and trustees in all matters relative to Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases, including creditors’ remedies, out-of-court workouts, receiverships and related commercial litigation such as preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation. He also has substantial experience representing unsecured creditors committees.
Jacob received his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He was previously with the law firm of Leonard, Street and Deinard.
