Preparing for the 2011 Proxy Season with Mark Borges

As companies gear up to prepare their 2011 proxy statements, the spotlight will be on compliance with the new “Say on Pay” requirements as contained in the Dodd-Frank Act as well as recently adopted SEC rules for giving shareholders proxy access to nominate directors in company proxy statements. There will be many questions, concerns and issues about the way in which companies address these new requirements in their proxy statements. This presentation by Mark Borges will review the results of the 2010 proxy season and identify and discuss the principal issues that companies will face in preparing for the 2011 proxy season.
