Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., commercial lending attorneys Jon J. Hoganson and John M. Stern are speaking at a Hennepin County Bar Association panel on title insurance. The event, “Loan Modifications and Workouts from the Lender's, Borrower's and Title Insurer's Perspectives,” will focus on the use of title insurance in loan modifications and workout from the perspectives of lender's counsel, borrower's counsel and the title company. Steve Tierney of Stewart Title Guaranty Company will also be a panelist.
