Advertising law attorney Stephen R. Baird opines on a false advertising lawsuit involving a local windshield washer fluid company, Twinco Romax.

The lawsuit accuses Twinco Romax of false advertising and unfair competition, among others (Hammerand). The suit was filed in Minnesota’s U.S. District Court by Splash Products, Inc.
