, an associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., has been awarded one of this year’s Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) “2012 CREWie Awards.” Holly, along with Sonja Simonsen of Wellington Management, Inc., Cris Kallas of First American Title Insurance Company and Brenda Wurtinger of First National Bank, were given the Member to Member Business Development Award for demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to doing business with, and referring business to, other MNCREW members. She was recognized for her work on the Interstate 94 & Lyndale Avenue Dairy Queen project.

Ms. Stocker has significant experience representing lenders in transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits, Low Income Housing Credits and Federal and State Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. In addition, she works with clients throughout the country to develop and finance wind energy projects.
She received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas.
