Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., announced today that they have promoted two attorneys to the position of managing associate, effective January 1, 2009:
Anton J Moch and
Dean D. Willer.
Anton J Moch practices in the areas of banking and finance, community banking, emerging companies and entrepreneurial services, employment law, employment counseling, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Moch joined Winthrop & Weinstine in 2001 and counsels clients on federal and state wage issues.
Dean D. Willer practices in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, emerging companies and entrepreneurial services, franchise law, general corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Dean completed his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and worked as a financial analyst and a mergers and acquisitions specialist at investment banking firms.
