Betsy Schmiesing shares practical insight on environmental issues that can arise in the course of a variety of projects, including: (1) brownfields issues in redevelopment; (2) environmental review; and (3) environmental due diligence in transactions. She also will share tips for real estate, credit-lending, and business lawyers working with environmental lawyers and environmental consultants in addressing these issues.
