Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., attorney Patrick W. Weber is quoted in the Feb. 27, 2009, edition of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The article, “Seeing Red,” discusses the government's Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) and what that means for banks. The article features a panel of local banking specialists who converse on how TARP will affect the banking industry and its institutions.
