Eric Swanson Featured in Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Article
Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., energy and environment attorney Eric F. Swanson is featured in a Jan. 23, 2009, article in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The article, “Renewable-energy projects to keep utilities growing,” discusses changes in the renewable-energy sector and how those changes might affect the utilities industry. “Large industrial customers are a big part of what keeps the system up and running, and if their contribution to the overall costs starts getting cut back, that hurts everyone” said Eric (qtd. in Grayson 17).
Eric, a shareholder, focuses his practice on representing clients before state and federal regulatory bodies, in the courts and at the legislature in the areas of energy, telecommunications and environmental law.
