Experience
Amy DuMond joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., as a shareholder in 2005. Amy focuses her practice in the areas of real estate development and management and commercial lending. As part of her practice, Amy represents developers and commercial institutions in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD-insured and other financing source commercial loan transactions as well as representing developers in real estate acquisitions and land development matters. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Amy also served as in-house counsel to a national real estate management and development company.
