Andrea C. Wiltrout

Experience
Andrea C. Wiltrout joined the firm with litigation experience in federal and state courts. She has assisted in the representation of pharmaceutical manufacturers, international financial institutions, and public utilities, among others. Andrea's substantive experience includes litigation involving breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, securities fraud, the federal False Claims Act, Medicaid and Medicaid fraud, professional malpractice, insurance coverage, and state consumer protection and deceptive trade practices acts. She has courtroom experience as well, including argument for motions to dismiss, handling discovery issues, and serving as first chair at a trial.
