Annie Trimberger is an associate in the Intellectual Property
practice at Winthrop & Weinstine. She also has experience advising clients
regarding complex compliance issues and government investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Annie was with another private practice
law firm, and she clerked with Honorable Judge Richard Goldberg at the United
State Court of International Trade. Annie advised the Court on trade and
customs matters, and also worked with the court to resolve pending appellate
cases involving a wide variety of matters, including criminal and civil
procedure, federal constitutional law, enforcement of arbitration awards,
regulatory and administrative law, and commercial and contract disputes.
While in law school, Annie
served as editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. She
earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
She earned her M.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics, as well as her B.A.,
from the University of Wisconsin.
