Brian focuses his practice in the area of business law, working for clients ranging from public corporations to start-ups and emerging businesses. He prides himself in providing superior service for the diverse legal needs of Winthrop & Weinstine’s clients. Brian has experience representing clients in general corporate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, formation and leasing arrangements. He also represents clients in connection with software and hardware licenses, software development agreements, distribution agreements and strategic alliances.
