His experience includes contract actions; shareholder disputes on behalf of both buyers and sellers; private and government antitrust disputes; intellectual property actions involving patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret claims; insurance coverage disputes; securities actions; and product liability claims.
Mr. Poley chairs Winthrop & Weinstine's Litigation department. He is married and has three children.
