Cody Zustiak is an associate in the Regulatory practice at Winthrop
& Weinstine. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Assistant Attorney
General at the Minnesota Attorney General’s office, where he led and managed
litigation for the Minnesota Departments of Health, Veterans Affairs,
Corrections, and for various health licensing boards. He also represented
Minnesota agencies and boards in enforcement and regulatory actions through all
phases of litigation.
Cody earned his J.D. from
William Mitchell College of Law, magna cum laude
, where he was a member of the
Minnesota Justice Foundation and completed more than 50 hours of pro bono
service through the Law School Public Service Program. He earned his B.A. in
Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota, with
minors in Spanish Studies and Communication Studies.
