Daniel C. Beck is a shareholder with Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., having joined the firm in 1988. His practice centers around the representation of secured lenders with defaulted loans. Specific areas of experience include representation of secured lenders in banking litigation, workouts, restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors remedies, foreclosures, liquidations, receiverships and Article 9 transactions. Specific areas of experience also include representation of:
