David E. Moran

Experience
David E. Moran joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. in 1984 and is currently a shareholder practicing in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance. Dave has extensive experience working with business organizations in many industries. Some of Dave's specific areas of experience include assisting business organizations in their creation and organization, capital development (whether debt or equity), negotiating shareholder arrangements, dealing with shareholder disputes, merger and acquisition work when clients sell their businesses or acquire other businesses as well as assisting closely-held clients as they work through business succession issues. Dave also has a tremendous amount of experience representing financial institutions in real estate lending, asset based lending and structured finance transactions. Dave rejoined Winthrop & Weinstine in January 2003 after having spent two years as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for one of his clients. This experience has dramatically expanded Dave's skill set and gives him the unique ability to provide his clients with a blend of legal and business advice that is very pragmatic and result orientated.
