Dean Willer is a shareholder and practices in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and entrepreneurial services, and corporate finance and securities groups. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., he completed his Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in finance and has worked as a financial analyst with Intel Corporation and a mergers and acquisitions specialist at an investment banking firm, focusing on the valuation, sale and financing of middle-market businesses.
Mr. Willer represents private and public companies, venture capital groups and private equity funds who are acquiring, selling, reorganizing and merging businesses, bringing both legal and business capability to the transaction. Additionally, he provides meaningful assistance to start-up entrepreneurs and rapidly growing companies in the areas of entity formation, general corporate services, business counseling assistance and fund raising. Throughout his practice, Mr. Willer also has worked on a diverse assortment of complex financial and corporate finance transactions and structured financings, including asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, conduit lending and securitizations.
