Edward L. Munson joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., as a paralegal in 1999. Ed brings a formal legal education as well as many years of practical legal experience to his practice areas. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Ed practiced as an attorney in the State of Oklahoma from 1973-1993 where he engaged in a broad general practice with emphasis in business, litigation, Native American law and real estate practices.
Ed currently supports attorneys at Winthrop & Weinstine in the Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Lending, Corporate Law, Native American Law and Business Law practice areas. Recently, Ed has assisted with matters involving the purchase, sale/leaseback and refinancing of multi-state franchise operations; title, survey and lease matters for wind farm developments; revisions to tribal governing documents; and the purchase, sale, financing and re-financing of complex commercial office and industrial real estate portfolios. With his broad and expansive legal career, Ed brings a unique perspective to the firm providing clients with high levels of competency, innovativeness, attention to detail and client satisfaction.
