Erin A. Oglesbay practices in the firm’s Business & Commercial Litigation law practice. Before joining Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., Erin clerked for the Honorable James M. Rosenbaum, United States District Court Judge for the District of Minnesota, and practiced with another Twin Cities law firm. Erin graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School, where she was also inducted into the Order of the Coif. Erin was the co-editor-in-chief for the Minnesota Journal of Global Trade, and won the Federal Bar Association Ed Devitt Award at law school. She earned her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
