Experience
Hart joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1979 and is a shareholder practicing in the areas of structured finance, bankruptcy law and general corporate. Hart has extensive experience with complex financial transactions ranging from securitizations of financial assets to reorganizations of financially distressed corporations.
Hart also serves as the firm's general counsel.
