Jacob B. Sellers is an associate in Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A.’s Creditors’ Remedies group. He provides counsel to creditors and trustees in all matters relative to Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases, including creditors’ remedies, out-of-court workouts, receiverships and related commercial litigation such as preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation. Jacob also has substantial experience representing unsecured creditors committees.
