Jenny joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 2007 as a paralegal in the Estate Planning & Business Succession practice area. Jenny enjoys working with clients and attorneys on estate planning and trusts, including the drafting of trusts and key trust administration documents, as well as assisting with insurance-related projects. Jenny also helps clients with the probate process, including trust administration, various real estate transfers, tax returns, and the drafting of legal documents related to probate court.
Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Jenny worked for two Minnesota law firms as a paralegal, specializing in the settlement and litigation practices. Jenny also worked for a "Top Five" consulting services firm and a local corporation, which gave her valuable experience in client service and technology issues.
