Experience
Jon joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1998 after practicing for two years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  His practice centers around commercial financing, construction and real estate lending and secured transactions, and he has distressed debt, commercial bankruptcy and creditors’ remedies experience.  Jon is involved in all aspects of the lending process, from providing advice relating to the structure of financing transactions to documenting, negotiating and closing such transactions. He also has experience with workouts and restructurings.  Jon has represented and advised businesses, developers and institutional clients on a variety of commercial financing matters varying in both size and complexity.
