Jon’s practice consists of:
- Representing established companies and entrepreneurs in connection with a wide range of real estate issues, including but not limited to drafting, negotiating and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financial instruments and other development-related documents in addition to resolving title disputes, real estate tax appeals and performing due diligence.
- Advising entrepreneurial clients, along with low-income entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations with choice of entity and formation issues along with fundraising, corporate governance and drafting, negotiating and reviewing supply agreements, customer agreements and other vendor contracts.
- Authoring and preparing research memoranda regarding issues pertaining to the assertion of viable claims and defenses for use in motions, briefs, memorandums of law, discovery, depositions and trial preparation by providing strategic precedential analysis as necessary to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
