Laura A. Pfeiffer is a shareholder and practices in the area of employment law and commercial litigation. Laura advises and represents a variety of clients on employment laws and regulations. She has extensive experience representing clients in a wide range of commercial and employment-related disputes, including discrimination issues, breach of contract claims, non-competition covenants, trade secret claims, franchise claims and other business disputes. She has also first-chaired a two-week jury trial, and was a member of two different trial teams that had multi-week trials relating to violations of the federal antitrust and securities laws.
