Lloyd W. Grooms is a shareholder with Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., specializing in legislative and regulatory affairs, and environmental and land use law. He also practices in the areas of energy and real estate law. Lloyd has extensive experience representing associations, business entities, and individuals at the Minnesota Legislature; before state and local regulatory bodies, such as the Environmental Quality Board, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and Minnesota Public Utilities Commission; and in various administrative proceedings.
