Mark joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., in 1986 and is a shareholder. He represents numerous emerging growth companies with their corporate and commercial law needs with an emphasis on representing sellers and buyers in merger and acquisition transactions. Mark structures, negotiates, manages, documents and closes complex commercial transactions. His areas of experience in the general corporate area include licensing, manufacturing and distribution arrangements, compensation options and alternatives, counseling family owned and closely held businesses and providing advice and counsel regarding choice of entity decisions and related new venture organizations.
