Mary Johnston is a paralegal in Winthrop & Weinstine’s Patent Law & Prosecution practice group. Her passion for helping clients with all of their patent needs has kept her in the business for 17 years.
Mary’s focus is solely on patents. She prepares and files documents with the U.S. Patent Office, files International Patent Cooperation Treaty applications (PCT), performs due diligence, works with foreign associates to secure patents abroad, and maintains client patent portfolios.
Mary’s role is one of liaison—she keeps clients informed about the status of patent applications and maintains a close relationship with clients to keep the links of communication open.
