Experience
Michael is a shareholder in the Intellectual Property practice group. He counsels clients on complex intellectual property transactions and on drafting and negotiating intellectual property licenses, including patent, trademark and software licenses. Michael has both domestic and international experience prosecuting trademark and copyright applications. He also assists clients with e-commerce issues and protecting domain names and trademarks on the Internet. He has experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
