Nadeem uses his extensive knowledge of intellectual property law and technology to help companies of all sizes understand and effectively protect their creative assets. He also works closely with his clients to develop cost-effective litigation strategies that can achieve the best results and minimize legal expenses. An experienced litigator with an emphasis on patent litigation, Nadeem also has a strong counseling practice, in the course of which he regularly advises clients on portfolio management, develops infringement and validity opinions, and provides other due diligence services. Nadeem also offers clients his significant experience in U.S. Patent and Trademark Office practice and procedure.
Nadeem holds a degree in computer engineering and regularly draws on this real-world knowledge in his representation of clients in a broad range of information-driven and technology-focused industries, including medical devices, semiconductors, electronic gaming, electronic accessories, software and a variety of electronic storage technologies.
While in law school, Nadeem spent a semester studying international intellectual property law in Japan. He also worked at a boutique IP firm in Tokyo and gained experience with the Japanese legal system. Active in the legal community, Nadeem maintains an active pro bono practice, and particularly enjoys dealing with employer-employee matters.
