Nora M. McGreevy joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., as a paralegal in 2008 and assists attorneys in the commercial real estate practice area. Prior to joining Winthrop & Weinstine, Nora worked for another Minnesota law firm as a paralegal, specializing in the commercial lending and commercial real estate areas.
Nora assists Winthrop & Weinstine's real estate attorneys with complex real estate acquisitions and document management, including the drafting of loan, real estate and corporate documents as well as assisting with a variety of due diligence items. Nora also works with attorneys in the Wind Energy Development practice group, drafting leases, reviewing title commitments and surveys, and helping to facilitate the title curative process for wind farm developments.
