Patrick W. Weber joined Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A. in 1989 and is a shareholder practicing in the areas of banking and general corporate law. In addition to counseling community banks on various regulatory issues, he has represented the firm’s banking clients in a significant number of merger and acquisition transactions. He also practices in the area of employment law counseling and has represented clients in all the significant issues facing employers. Before receiving his Masters of Business Administration degree, Pat spent four years in the Navy as a Supply Corps Officer. After getting his M.B.A., he worked for nine years as an accountant and controller with 3M, Jostens and a small privately held company.
