Peter J. Gleekel is currently a shareholder with Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., practicing in the areas of Business and Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property Litigation law. His practice is focused primarily in complex commercial litigation. Peter has a wealth of experience representing both multi-million dollar companies and small privately held businesses in matters ranging from antitrust actions, trademark litigation, unfair competition and closely held corporate “divorces” in cases before State and Federal Court Judges and jurors across the nation.
